Etiopia Djimmah
sweet taste with hazelnut and vanilla aroma
Ethiopia Djimmah is an arabica that grows spontaneously on the Illubabor and Kaffa plateaus, the most renowned region of Ethiopia for the production of green coffees. The beans are hand-picked by small producers who, from October to April, select only the reddest and ripest drupes for each harvest. The cupping score of this natural coffee is very high and can be considered in all respects a specialty coffee.
