Fondente is our new coffee blend, created for those who love an espresso that is especially full-bodied, with a bold and long-lasting flavor.

In this blend, the rich, full aroma of African and Indonesian Robusta beans combines with the exceptional body of Indian Robusta, creating an intense and enveloping coffee. Distinct notes of dried fruit, toasted hazelnuts, and chocolate emerge clearly, while the particularly thick, high crema coats the palate, leaving a pleasant and long-lasting dark chocolate sensation.

For this blend, we select only high-quality Robusta coffee from plantations in Africa, India, and Indonesia, where the cherries are hand-picked, choosing only the ripest fruits. Roasting is carried out using an innovative clean-air system that ensures precise and controlled processing: the beans are roasted separately, with different times and intensities, until reaching a slightly darker profile, ideal for enhancing body, aroma, and intensity.

A new, more sustainable packaging

Fondente pods are fully recyclable. In addition to the compostable filter paper pod, we have developed a new protective packaging that combines thoughtful design with environmental care.

Unlike traditional multilayer bags, with Fondente we have started using transparent plastic film wrappers: a solution that allows you to see the pod inside and can be placed in the plastic recycling collection.
This is a concrete choice that reflects our ongoing commitment to making our packaging ever clearer, more informative, and more sustainable, in line with the values that have guided our decisions for years.
