Vincenzo Santangelo

Vincenzo Santangelo is the chef who has been at the stoves of Formula 1 and MotoGP for nearly two decades; his brigade supports leading teams at races all over the world.
After several years of experience in the kitchen and collaborations with Michelin-starred chefs, he founded JI Catering, which led him to become a benchmark in catering for major international events, especially those requiring complex and fast-paced organization.
In recent years, under the “Vincenzo Santangelo” brand, he has been dedicated to showcasing and promoting the excellence of Italian products abroad.
