High-quality coffee blends, uncompromising selection

For us, quality begins with the selection of green coffee beans. Each bean is carefully chosen because, like every fruit of the earth, coffee also changes from year to year.
We select only high-quality green coffees, sourced from renowned growing regions and trusted plantations, carefully evaluating both the harvest and the processing methods.

“Clean air” roasting

Roasting is the moment when the coffee’s aroma, flavor, and character take shape. For this reason, we roast each origin separately, calibrating specific roasting curves for every provenance to fully enhance the unique organoleptic properties of each bean.

Our “clean air” system ensures even roasting without contact with combustion residues, preserving the purity and wholesomeness of the final product.
In addition, thanks to an advanced climate control system, we maintain constant temperature and humidity levels, ensuring optimal conditions at every stage of the production process.

Our commitment to the environment

We believe that making great coffee also means making responsible choices. That’s why we implement environmentally friendly practices throughout our entire supply chain, starting from production.

Our fully operational photovoltaic system generates over 30,000 kWh per year, allowing us to prevent the release of approximately 375 tons of CO₂ into the atmosphere annually.
