Our decaffeinated blend is created from a careful selection of Central American Arabica beans; among them stands out a prized coffee grown using organic methods by a small cooperative in northern Peru. Thanks to its excellent aroma, taste, and body, it achieves an SCA score high enough to be truly defined as a Specialty Coffee.
We carefully roast each origin to ensure a balanced, aromatic, and persistent espresso in the cup, ideal for those seeking high-quality decaffeinated Dolce Gusto capsules.

Water-Decaffeinated
All the coffees in the blend are decaffeinated exclusively with water using the renowned Swiss Water Process. This natural process, free from chemical solvents, allows the green coffee beans to preserve their original aromatic components intact. The result is a decaffeinated coffee with a rich, lasting flavor, surprisingly similar to the finest traditional premium coffees
