A sweet specialty coffee with an intense flavor and a good body. The aroma is broad and delicate with notes of dried fruit, chocolate, lime and jasmine.
The fine beans of this coffee grow on the pristine mountains of the Sidamo region, one of the most renowned for the production of arabica coffee.
Here the coffee grows spontaneously in the shade of other garden trees and the ripe cherries are harvested by hand by local families.
