Selection of arabica coffee

Our decaffeinated coffee comes from a selection of fine Central American arabicas. A Peruvian coffee grown organically by a small cooperative in the north of the country is worthy of note: thanks to its aroma, taste and body characteristics, this fine arabica obtains an SCA score such that it can be defined in all respects as a Specialty Coffee.
In the cup we find a sweet and spicy coffee with a good body and a persistent, intense aroma, with the scent of tobacco.
